Quick Answer

Gamwiz has five core reward systems: Monday Drop, Friday reward, monthly reward, Shards, and Roll for Cashback. The Friday reward is a flat, uncapped 7.5% of positive eligible GGR. The monthly reward is an uncapped 15% top-up after qualifying rewards already received in the same monthly period. Roll for Cashback gives every die face a 1-in-6 chance: faces 1–5 pay zero and face 6 pays 99% of the eligible base. Monday cash outcomes, Friday rewards, successful Rolls, and direct Shard cash exchanges settle as real cash with 0x wagering. Monthly rewards are claimed through Vault Rewards and have no gameplay wagering requirement.

This is the plain-language version of how our rewards work. Times below use Europe/Sofia time. Eligible GGR means eligible real-money stakes minus eligible payouts and refunds for the stated period, after bonus-funded play and excluded activity are removed. Eligibility also requires genuine, consistent real-money activity. The calculation and the reward outcome are separate: qualifying activity sets the amount, while a wheel or die decides only the chance-based result.

Section 1

Schedule at a glance

Each reward has its own accounting period and claim window. A drop time is not the same as the activity window used to calculate it.

  • Monday Drop: activity is measured from Monday 14:00 to the next Monday 14:00. The Drop opens Monday at 15:00 and remains available until Tuesday at 00:00. After spinning, you have 48 hours to choose and claim the offered reward.

  • Friday reward: activity is measured from Friday 14:00 to the next Friday 14:00. We calculate it at 14:30, release it at 15:00, and give you 48 hours to claim.

  • Monthly reward: activity is measured from the first day of the previous month at 15:00 to the first day of the current month at 15:00. It drops at 15:00 on the first day of the month and remains claimable for 7 days.

  • Roll for Cashback: eligibility uses a rolling 24-hour window, not a calendar day. A completed standard roll starts a new 24-hour cooldown.

Monday Drop: 7

Section Monday Drop: 7

5% base with an open wheel

The Monday Drop starts with 7.5% of the absolute eligible GGR in its weekly accounting period. Eligible real-money activity and bet-quality checks apply. The wheel then selects a cash multiplier or one of three collection-card outcomes. Cash results are rounded to the nearest $5 equivalent, and any positive cash result has a $5-equivalent minimum.

The shared weekly activity gate is met when absolute eligible GGR reaches €12.50 equivalent or eligible turnover reaches €100 equivalent. The session must also pass the bet-quality checks.

Every result is provably fair. The proof verifies the wheel result; it does not replace the eligibility and amount calculation. If the period ends in your favor, the base is scaled so the largest 250% cash result cannot exceed the $500 equivalent in your account currency. When positive eligible GGR applies, there is no fixed cash cap.

  • 25% multiplier: 4% chance

  • 50% multiplier: 8% chance

  • 75% multiplier: 15% chance

  • 100% multiplier: 34% chance

  • 125% multiplier: 15% chance

  • 150% multiplier: 8% chance

  • 200% multiplier: 5% chance

  • 250% multiplier: 2% chance

  • Collection cards: three separate card outcomes, each with a 3% chance. Each card has a $0.01 face value and automatically advances a five-card collection; it has no separate cash alternative. Completing five cards awards $250-equivalent bonus funds with 1x wagering and a 30-day expiry.

Friday reward: flat 7

Section Friday reward: flat 7

5%, with no tiers or cap

The Friday reward is deterministic: there is no wheel and there are no 15% or 20% tiers. For eligible players, it is 7.5% of positive eligible GGR for the Friday-to-Friday period, rounded down to the nearest cent.

The formula is: floor(max(eligible GGR, 0) × 7.5%). There is no fixed reward cap. If positive eligible GGR is 100, the Friday reward is 7.50. If it is zero or below, no Friday reward is generated.

The shared weekly activity gate is met when absolute eligible GGR reaches €12.50 equivalent or eligible turnover reaches €100 equivalent. The session must also pass the bet-quality checks.

  • Accounting period: Friday 14:00 → next Friday 14:00

  • Calculation: Friday 14:30

  • Drop: Friday 15:00

  • Claim window: 48 hours

Section 4

Monthly reward: the uncapped 15% top-up

The monthly reward looks after eligible players whose qualifying rewards during the month finished below 15% of their positive eligible monthly GGR. It tops up the difference. It is not another 15% on top of everything already received. When a top-up is due, it is issued through Vault Rewards.

The formula is: max(0, floor(max(eligible monthly GGR, 0) × 15%) − qualifying rewards already received in that monthly period). There are no tiers, no fixed cap, and no minimum payout.

Recognized qualifying rewards include Monday Drop face value, Friday cash, successful standard or Shard Shop Roll for Cashback wins, and other eligible bonus or free-spin value recorded within the period.

Gameplay-earned Shards are separate from the 15% monthly reward top-up. Monday Drop face value is still recognized once, whatever option you choose; using Monday-granted Shards or a Monday-granted Roll later does not count that same value again. A separate qualifying cash Roll win or free-spin payout is recognized under its own result.

Every qualifying reward is recognized once. Spending or exchanging Shards does not reduce the monthly top-up by itself. Accounts with a separate personal deal, influencer arrangement, or explicit periodic-reward exclusion are outside the standard monthly program.

Example one: a player generates €100 of positive eligible monthly GGR and receives €5, €2, and €2 from qualifying rewards during the period—a total of €9. The 15% target is €15, so the monthly reward adds the missing €6.

Example two: a player generates the same €100 of positive eligible monthly GGR, lands six on several qualifying Rolls, and receives €21 in total qualifying reward value. €21 is already above the €15 target, so the monthly reward is €0.

  • What the guarantee means: for eligible players, qualifying reward value is topped up to 15% of positive eligible monthly GGR when it is below that target.

  • What it does not mean: it does not promise an additional 15% when earlier qualifying rewards already meet or exceed the target.

  • Claim period: 7 days from the drop at 15:00 on the first day of the month.

Roll for Cashback: full odds and calculation

Roll for Cashback uses qualifying real-money play in a rolling 24-hour window. The eligible base is the lower of two positive numbers: your net real-money gameplay result for the window, and deposits minus withdrawals for the same window. If either side does not produce a positive eligible base, there is nothing to roll for.

Every face has exactly a 1-in-6 chance. Faces 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 pay zero. Face 6 pays 99% of the eligible base, rounded down to the nearest cent. That makes the mathematical average across all rolls 16.5% of the eligible base—not 99% on every roll.

A standard roll has no entry fee, but it requires genuine real-money activity. When a standard or promotional roll wins, eligible Shards earned during the qualifying window can be deducted up to your current Shard balance. A roll bought from the Shard Shop does not use that Shard deduction.

  • Under 10 in eligible wager volume: at least 10 qualifying bets

  • 10–25 in eligible wager volume: at least 9 qualifying bets

  • Over 25–50 in eligible wager volume: at least 8 qualifying bets

  • Over 50 in eligible wager volume: at least 7 qualifying bets

  • Cooldown: 24 hours after a completed standard roll; a valid bonus roll may create another opportunity during cooldown

  • Provably fair scope: the proof verifies the die face, while the displayed eligible base comes from the qualifying activity calculation

Section 6

Why Roll for Cashback checks the shape of a session

A cashback rate this high cannot be sustainable if it can be created from one deliberately oversized bet. That is why we require 7–10 qualifying bets, compare the middle of the session's stake distribution with its largest bets, and check how concentrated the total wager volume is.

For example, nine €0.10 bets followed by one €1,000 bet will not qualify as a ten-bet cashback session. That pattern would effectively turn the mechanic into cashback on one bet. We use stake-distribution and outlier safeguards to prevent that result while keeping normal session play eligible.

  • Bet count alone is not enough; stake distribution also matters.

  • Bonus-funded bets, balance movements, tips, and other excluded activity do not build the eligible base.

  • Outlier or highly concentrated stake patterns can fail eligibility or require review. Exact safeguard thresholds are not published; if a result appears wrong, Support can review the underlying activity ledger.

07

Section 7

Shards: higher ranks earn more

Shards are a separate reward currency. They do not replace XP and spending them never lowers your rank. For eligible gameplay, the calculation starts with expected GGR: eligible wager × (100% − game RTP). That amount is multiplied by your rank rate, then divided by the €0.05 Shard reference value.

Rank rates rise as you progress: Wood 4%, Bronze 4.25%, Silver 4.5%, Gold 5%, Platinum 5.25%, Diamond 5.5%, and Royalty 6%. At a 97% RTP, €100 of eligible wager produces about 2.40 Shards at Wood, 2.55 at Bronze, 2.70 at Silver, 3.00 at Gold, 3.15 at Platinum, 3.30 at Diamond, and 3.60 at Royalty.

Whole Shards are credited and fractional amounts carry forward. Shards never expire. They cannot be wagered or purchased directly. Eligible accounts can send whole-Shard tips through the supported tipping flow after deposit, verification, and safety checks; Shards cannot be traded or transferred to another player outside that flow. Where direct exchange is available, whole Shards exchange one way to real cash at €0.04 each with 0x wagering; normal account and withdrawal controls still apply.

  • Automatic rank-up Shard drops: Bronze 37, Silver 61, Gold 97, Platinum 151, Diamond 229, Royalty 347

  • Guaranteed rank-pack Shards: Bronze 0, Silver 300, Gold 1,000, Platinum 3,000, Diamond 10,000, Royalty 25,000; eligible packs can also include a chance chest

  • Important: rank increases the gameplay earning rate and the rank-up drop. Some fixed missions or other sources can still award the same amount at every rank.

Section 8

Wagering and withdrawal terms

Cash outcomes from the Monday Drop, Friday reward, Roll for Cashback, and direct Shard cash exchange carry 0x wagering and settle as real cash. They can be withdrawn subject to the normal account, verification, payment, and withdrawal controls that apply to any real balance. The monthly reward follows a different settlement path: claim it within 7 days into Vault Rewards. It has no gameplay wagering requirement, but it is not posted directly to the real-money balance; Vault transfer or withdrawal controls apply.

Shards themselves are not cash. Non-cash Monday alternatives, free spins, free bets, chests, collection bonuses, and reload offers display their own terms before you accept them. Some collection bonus amounts carry 1x wagering. A Monday alternative can include a reload, so reload terms depend on the specific offer shown.

  • 20% Shard Shop reload: each whole Shard buys €0.05 of reload value. It credits as real cash with 0x wagering. For example, 100 Shards create €5 of value and require at least a €25 qualifying deposit.

  • 50% Shard Shop reload: each whole Shard also buys €0.05 of reload value, but the reward has 1x wagering on the bonus amount only—not on the deposit. For example, 100 Shards create a €5 bonus with at least a €10 qualifying deposit; wager the €5 bonus once, then the remaining bonus converts to real cash.

  • Reload availability, cooldown, account eligibility, and conflicts with another active reload or wagering bonus are shown before purchase.

Rewards FAQs

Are Friday and monthly rewards tiered or capped?

No. Friday is a flat, uncapped 7.5% of positive eligible GGR. Monthly is an uncapped 15% top-up after qualifying rewards already received in the same monthly period. Neither uses reward tiers.

Why can my monthly reward be zero?

The monthly reward fills a gap; it is not an extra 15%. If qualifying rewards already received during the monthly period equal or exceed 15% of positive eligible monthly GGR, the gap is zero and no monthly reward is generated.

Does landing any Roll for Cashback face pay something?

No. Every face has a 1-in-6 chance. Faces 1–5 pay zero, and face 6 pays 99% of the eligible base.

Why does Roll for Cashback need 7–10 bets?

The mechanic is designed around a real session, not one oversized bet. The required count changes with eligible wager volume, and stake-distribution checks reject patterns that try to make one bet carry the whole cashback amount.

Do higher ranks always earn more Shards?

Higher ranks earn more Shards from eligible gameplay and receive larger automatic rank-up drops. Fixed missions and some other Shard sources may use the same award at every rank.

Can I withdraw reward cash immediately?

Monday cash outcomes, Friday rewards, successful Rolls, and direct Shard cash exchanges settle as real cash with 0x wagering. Monthly rewards must be claimed into Vault Rewards and have no gameplay wagering requirement. Normal account, verification, payment, Vault, and withdrawal controls still apply. Non-cash rewards and reloads show their own terms before acceptance.
